• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
• Payment is accepted via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, processed securely through our payment processor.
3.5 Subscriptions
If you opt for a Subscribe & Save plan, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you choose. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date by contacting us at hi@myfraame.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle; no further charges will be made.
3.6 Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify payment. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts. For New Zealand customers, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the New Zealand Fair Trading Act 1986.
